Business Systems Manager
**About theRole:** As a CBRE Business Systems Manager, you will be responsiblefor overseeing the staff that provides software support, technical assistance,and the development of internal management systems. This role is part of theBusiness Systems Job Function. They are responsible for working with internalpartners and business units to develop, install and enhance new and currentsystems. **WhatYou’ll Do:** • Provide formalsupervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff.Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiringof new employees. • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities.Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and trackstaff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. • Respond to and resolve technical and system issues withina variety of software packages. Resolve questions and problems within thedepartment. Document issues, resolutions, or other actions using an incidentmanagement system. • Assist the team with the installation of basic systemmigrations. This also includes new clients, system implementations, andupgrades. • Ensure that all supported systems are followingestablished best practices, regulatory requirements, CAPP, and internal andexternal controls. • Identify process and system improvements. Participate ininternally driven projects to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.Recommend executing functional operational programs and procedures. • Communicate ongoing feedback on team, project, anddepartment impact of projects. Present team and client facing training forsystem overviews, changes, and new system deliveries. • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach anagreement. • Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own disciplineintegrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day andmoderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systemsand processes. **WhatYou’ll Need:** • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered. • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training,development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewardingperformance and retention preferred. • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated,and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality,efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. 2 • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitivemindset. • Advanced math skills. The minimum salary for the Property Administrator position is $55,000 annually [or $26.44 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Property Administrator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.85 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
