**Job Title:** Business Systems Analyst

Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Data and IT team supporting various HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Guide and execute the management of security policies, roles, and permissions within the Workday system.
+ Support the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of Workday data through effective security configuration and continuous monitoring.
+ Conduct and help develop processes for regular security audits and compliance analysis.
+ Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement necessary security updates for business initiatives.
+ Provide training and support to end users and system administrators on security best practices.
**Qualifications:**
+ Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
+ Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in an HR or IT related field.
+ 8+ years of relevant work experience, with 4+ years in a business systems analytic role.
+ Strong knowledge of Workday security architecture and compliance standards.
+ Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
