Business Systems Analyst III, Procurement Applications

Position Summary The Business Systems Analyst III, Procurement Applications is responsible for maintaining, supporting, enhancing, and developing the Procurement Application Architecture. This position contributes to the overall business strategy by helping to assess, plan, develop, enhance, implement, and support value-added procurement applications for Global Procurement business partners. Candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of industry standard procurement processes, master data and applications, including SAP S4/HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Ariba and SAP SRM. Responsibilities **Application Support & Administration** + Provide application support for SAP ECC 6.0, SAP SRM, SAP Ariba SLP and other Procurement applications + Support day to day business operations by researching and resolving application issues within agreed SLA KPI targets; assist in problem analysis, resolution, and reporting, provide guidance to AMS resources as needed + Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, recommend areas of improvement, and solve complex technical issues within area **Application Development & Enhancements** + Configure and maintain new and existing functionality in SAP Procurement applications and support future system integrations including migration to S4/HANA and implementation of Ariba Buying solution + Complete assigned project deliverables (ex. Business Process Procedures, Configuration Scripts, Functional Specifications) + Provide input on implementation plan to support business needs and priorities within functional area + Validate system fit to business requirements. Identify workarounds and recommend business process changes, if necessary. + Gather user and functional requirements to prepare program specifications and diagrams + Document design solutions to meet business requirements; Identify master data requirements and design master data files + Configure, unit test, integration test, regression test. Coordinate with Global IT to execute data validation and user acceptance testing with local and regional business users + Review training content to ensure accuracy of application procedural information and help coordinate with Global IT on training activities with regional and local business users **Business Engagement & Communication** + Lead meetings with business process owners, serving as a subject matter expert within area + Work directly with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize business requirements **IT Compliance & Audit** + Help drive adherence to global IT policies and standards within functional area + Contribute to IT audits, as needed What we are looking for + Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field (such as Computer Programming or MIS) or equivalent experience + Five years or more of SAP ECC 6.0 and direct SAP Procurement/Materials Management configuration experience + SAP S4/HANA implementation experience (migration from ECC 6.0 preferred) + Comprehensive knowledge of Direct and Indirect Procurement processes within large multi-national company + Direct material procurement via MRP + Indirect procurement via SRM, S4/HANA and Ariba Buying + Intercompany and Intracompany Stock Transport Orders + Procurement master data including vendor master, PIR’s, source lists, contracts + In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance. + Ability to provide thought leadership and engage effectively with multiple levels of business stakeholders + Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, including presenting concisely and writing complex functional specifications that are understood by IT and non-IT audiences + Ability to work independently **Preferred Skills and Experience** + Project management experience of small to mid-sized projects + Cross functional knowledge in SAP Logistics, Order To Cash and FICO modules preferred + Experience migrating from SRM to Aribia Buying/Ariba Guided Buying Come join us! Total Rewards Package The salary range for this position is USD $77,000.00/Yr. - USD $141,000.00/Yr. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
