Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - HRIS to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the HRIS department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - HRIS**
**Location: Dallas, TX**
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for HR technology projects, ensuring thorough and effective testing.
+ Develop detailed test plans and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to clarify requirements and validate test outcomes.
+ Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
+ Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HRMS modules and functionalities.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in systems analysis, with a focus on HRMS applications; PeopleSoft experience strongly preferred.
+ Proven experience leading UAT processes and creating comprehensive test scripts.
+ Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
+ Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
