Location: 1 day a week on site in Wayne, PA required, 4 days remote

Salary: 60-70K

The Business Systems Analyst plays a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions.This position is responsible for working closely with stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing data, and supporting system enhancements that drive operational efficiency.Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.Facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions, interviews, workflow reviews, and process mapping activities.Document user stories, acceptance criteria, current‑state and future‑state processes, and functional specifications.Analyze business data to identify trends, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Use SQL to extract, validate, and manipulate data for reporting, analysis, and solution validation.Support data integrity checks and system behavior analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment with business rules.Required 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.Strong ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical documentation.Hands‑on experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.Proficiency with SQL for data validation, querying, and analysis.Experience working with stakeholders across multiple departments or project teams.Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
