**Job Title: Business Systems Analyst** **Location: Charlotte - 1 day hybrid** **Pay Range: $62 - W2 only, could convert to FTE - NO THIRD PARTY APPLICANTS** **Role Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator. This role is responsible for capturing business requirements, driving execution, and coordinating activities across the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of change requests and system enhancements. **Key Responsibilities:** + Gather and document business requirements for new change requests. + Collaborate with stakeholders to drive execution and fulfill requirements. + Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities. + Manage production implementation planning and execution. + Track and resolve defects in collaboration with relevant teams. + Maintain process documentation and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. + Proven experience in business analysis and requirement gathering. + Strong project management skills. + Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. **Preferred Skills:** + Familiarity with enterprise tools and platforms such as: + SAP Concur + SAP Ariba + SAP Fieldglass + DocuSign CLM + Workday Scout + Sapience + OneStop If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
