Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a Business System Analyst.
Job Title
Location: TBC
Business System Analyst - Asia forms part of the Asia CIM Support team and reports to the Senior Director, CIM Asia.
The position is primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of Crown Information Management’s line of business applications, business intelligence and client facing solutions.
The position is also required to follow other relevant processes and to actively participate in the delivery of the highest quality, standardized operational processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
In depth knowledge of Crown Information Management’s key systems. Assistance in the global rollout of Information Management solutions. Monitoring & controlling project-based initiatives. Assisting in development of e-learning courses and development of procedural and workflow documentation Assisting in R&D on new system development Monitor and report exceptions to RMS processes to RMS support in Holdings Meeting planning and coordination. Staff training. Day to day support. Business intelligence creation and maintenance. Innovative approaches to creating solutions and contribution of new ideas to the team. Co-ordination with other teams as needed and the sharing of technical skills. QA & UAT planning & coordination.

Job Requirements:
Developed administration and organisation skills with high attention to quality and detail. A broad knowledge of modern technologies A proven system-based aptitude. Microsoft 365 knowledge and proficiency. Communication and presentation skills. Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Experience as Trainer Project Management RM Industry background Basic Understanding of Microsoft SQL Willingness to travel and work away from home Self starter and self motivated
