Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Bus Bkg Ops Credit Assoc I/Business Support Specialist to join their team. As a Bus Bkg Ops Credit Assoc I, you will be part of the Business Support Department supporting the Credit Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Bus Bkg Ops Credit Assoc I
**Location:** Johnston, RI - **Onsite - works 5 days in the office**
**Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension/conversion**
**Pay Range:** $21/hr on W2
**What's the Job?**
+ Conduct payment activity research for data on first delinquency dates
+ Perform data entry tasks, including basic calculations
+ Follow standard operating procedures and internal protocols
+ Communicate internally via email and Teams to provide updates and ask questions
+ Assist in researching loan accounts and credit lines to identify delinquencies
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1-2 years of experience in processing repetitive tasks or related roles
+ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
