We are seeking an experienced Azure Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, stable, highly available, and fault-tolerant Azure infra solutionsIdentify appropriate use of Azure operational best practices and architectural designConduct system analysis for performance and capacity planningPerform cost estimation and identify mechanisms for cost control and containmentImplement controls around data flowSelecting appropriate Azure services based on data, compute, and security requirementsDesign and implement solutions to ensure disaster recovery, and business continuityDevelop and implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOpsAutomate tasks through scripting and other appropriate toolsEnsure security and compliance with Azure policies and proceduresProvide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve infrastructure related issuesCollaborate with software developers to optimize application performanceStay updated with the latest trends in Azure services and DevOps methodologiesDocument and maintain Azure environment configurations and custom scripts

Skills

5+ years of experience as an Azure Architect / DevOps EngineerExperience designing, building and operating Azure cloud infrastructuresExpert level skills with Azure cloud services and DevOps practicesHigh level of skill and experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or PythonHigh level of skill and experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or ARM templatesSolid understanding of network architectures and services (e.g. VPN, routing, firewall, etc.)Knowledge of containers and orchestration servicesProficiency in using Git for version controlEffective communication skills (written and verbal)Experience designing, deploying, and managing an Azure Virtual Desktop environment
