Business Support Manager I

Description
The Business Support Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Office Strategy, Leasing & Execution Team. They are organized, efficient, and well-positioned to respond to time-sensitive matters. This role involves both routine daily assignments and strategic business planning, as well as poised to handle change management initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Managing end-to-end administrative processes
+ Delivering high-quality business support services to strategic partners
+ Supporting the Office Strategy, Leasing & Execution Team
+ Financial reconciliation
+ Interfacing with Lucernex (Project Management Platform)
+ Coordinating activities to support Execution Teams
Required Skills/Experience:
+ 3 or more years of administrative experience
+ Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow up skills
+ Strong customer service abilities
+ Proactive, independent thinker with strong problem solving skills; knows when to ask questions and escalate when appropriate
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with partners
+ Detail-oriented
+ Strong learning agility
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per week: 40
Work Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
Position is onsite 4 days per week at Johnston, RI office
