Description
The Business Support Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Office Strategy, Leasing & Execution Team. They are organized, efficient, and well-positioned to respond to time-sensitive matters. This role involves both routine daily assignments and strategic business planning, as well as poised to handle change management initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing end-to-end administrative processes Delivering high-quality business support services to strategic partners Supporting the Office Strategy, Leasing & Execution TeamFinancial reconciliationInterfacing with Lucernex (Project Management Platform) Coordinating activities to support Execution TeamsRequired Skills/Experience:
3 or more years of administrative experience Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow up skillsStrong customer service abilities Proactive, independent thinker with strong problem solving skills;knows when to ask questions and escalate when appropriateAbility to collaborate effectively with partners Detail-oriented Strong learning agilityHours and Work Schedule

Work Schedule:8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
Position is onsite 4 days per week at Johnston, RI office
