WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Business Support Manager, you are responsible for creating a smooth, efficient, and service-focused office environment that supports both people and business needs. In a lean and dynamic office, you’ll take ownership of daily operations, manage key administrative functions, and ensure great workplace experience through proactive planning, execution, and collaboration.

What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are present in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for our business partners and suppliers. We provide our customers with products that are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

As a Business Support Manager, you lead with a service mindset and a strong sense of ownership. You are proactive, organized, outcome driven, and collaborative, always aiming to support people and business in the best possible way.
You are service-minded and solution-oriented, always putting people and business needs at the center.Comfortable balancing strategic responsibilities with detailed, routine tasks.You communicate clearly and work closely with teams, vendors, and stakeholders. You lead by example, support your team’s growth, and encourage a positive and inclusive work culture.You stay flexible and calm in changing situations, always looking for ways to improve.We’re looking for someone with solid experience in office operations or business support, ideally in a leadership role.
