As a Business Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in streamlining processes, supporting commercial teams, and driving continuous improvement. What You’ll Do?

In this role, you will:   Facilities & Fleet Management Process purchase orders using the iBuy system. Coordinate supplier quotes and maintain accurate supplier records. Manage procurement of mobile devices and Claro lines, including approvals and documentation. Contract Management Oversee approvals and signatures for commercial documents from clients, distributors, and suppliers. Ensure signed contracts are stored in CM Spring and liaise with the Legal team. Coordinate delivery and collection of contracts and related documents. Monitor compliance for comodato contracts and create dashboards to track fixed assets. Commercial Support Collect and organize documentation for billing processes. Act as a Salesforce (SFDC) support resource, creating reports and dashboards for leadership. Centralize internal communications and assist with performance monitoring. Additional Responsibilities Provide logistical support for internal and commercial events. Coordinate local and international shipments. Manage office-related requests and periodic supply needs (e.g., EPPs). Support onboarding for new employees and other relevant activities.

What You Bring?

Must-Have Experience in business support, customer success, or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., iBuy) and Salesforce is a plus. Nice-to-Have Knowledge of contract management processes. Experience creating dashboards and reports for leadership. Advanced English and Spanish proficiency for communication with global teams.
