Business Support Analyst
Our client, a leading organization in the business support sector, is seeking a Admin/Data Entry/Business Support Analyst to join their team. As a Business Support Analyst, you will be part of the customer support team, supporting data management and organization efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** **Admin/Data Entry** **Location:** **Johnston RI 02911** **Contract 14+ month contract with possible extension** **3 days a week in the Johnston Office** **Pay Rate $26/hr on W2** **Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support structured client communications and internal coordination efforts. This is not a general administrative assistant role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with structured data workflows, pre-built Excel macros, and Word mail merge templates to generate high-volume, client-facing communications with precision and consistency. **Key Responsibilities:** • Execute repetitive, structured workflows involving Excel and Word with a high degree of accuracy. • Generate and quality-check client communications using pre-built macros and mail merge templates. • Maintain organized folder structures and adhere to naming conventions. • Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. • Conduct and lead regular meetings with the Support team to gather updates and align on deliverables. • Provide clear, concise weekly updates to the Core Team. **Required Qualifications:** • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to run and troubleshoot pre-built macros. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including experience with mail merge for high-volume communications. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a data-heavy administrative, document production, or operations support role. • Demonstrated ability to follow structured workflows and naming conventions with precision. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in repetitive tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience leading or facilitating team meetings and summarizing outcomes. • Ability to synthesize information and provide regular, structured updates to leadership teams. **________________________________________** **Preferred Backgrounds:** Candidates with experience in roles such as: • Document Production Specialist • Communications Coordinator • Operations Support Assistant Especially those with experience in back-office environments involving structured data and automated communications.
