The AI Acceleration (AIA) organization is established within the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) organization to design, build, and deliver prioritized AI capabilities. The function operates as a business-centric AI delivery organization focused on driving measurable commercial outcomes.
As a Change Management & Adoption Intern in AIA you will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational transformation initiatives across Commercial, focusing on the successful implementation and adoption of new processes, products and ways of working. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, the intern helps ensure that change projects are managed effectively and that employees are engaged, informed, and equipped to embrace change. By applying stakeholder management strategies and leveraging data-driven insights, the intern supports the transition to new ways of working and contributes to overall business success.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to identify concerns, needs, and drivers for successful change adoption.
Change Communication: Assist in developing, delivering, and managing communication plans that keep employees informed and motivated throughout the change process.
Adoption Tracking: Support the creation and management of metrics and dashboards to monitor adoption rates, feedback, and engagement levels.
Event Support: Help coordinate sessions, workshops, and materials to facilitate understanding of new systems and processes.
Feedback Collection: Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders to identify barriers to adoption and opportunities for improvement.
Change Impact Analysis: Assist with analyzing the impact of change initiatives using qualitative and quantitative data to inform recommendations.
Collaboration: Work alongside the Strategy & Operations AI team, and other departments to align change strategies with business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Support the identification and implementation of best practices in change management and adoption, leveraging insights from analytics and stakeholder input.
Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
0–2 years of experience, preferably in an educational or business environment.
Coursework or experience in change management, project management, or organizational development is preferred.
Relevant ExperienceUnderstanding of stakeholder management principles and techniques.
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet) for tracking and reporting adoption metrics.
Experience with communication platforms and content creation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint, intranet portals).
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback and translate it into actionable recommendations.

Good to HaveUnderstanding of change management frameworks and models (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step).
Experience with survey design and feedback analysis.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare data and regulatory environments.
