We are looking for a Business Strategy Assoc Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation team based in Istanbul.The role will be temporary (12 months). This role plays a critical part in shaping PepsiCo’s long-term growth agenda by partnering cross-functionally to define strategy and drive effective execution. The position maintains a strong external perspective, continuously monitoring consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic and geopolitical trends to inform strategic decision-making. The role ensures the company invests in the right resources and capabilities to stay ahead of the competition, adapt to evolving market conditions, and sustain market leadership. Acting as a thought partner to the Strategy & Transformation leadership team and key business stakeholders, the role supports a wide range of high-impact, business-critical initiatives and responds to time-sensitive requests from executive leaders. A core accountability of the role is to lead cross-functional collaboration to develop strategies, business cases, and execution roadmaps. This includes overseeing the coordination of Performance Strategic Planning (PSP), supporting the development of the H2/H3 agenda, and orchestrating the H1, H2, and H3 Big Rocks Scorecard by validating and refining Must-Impact Tasks (MITs) and ensuring clear execution plans are in place. The role requires the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling, actionable narratives that inspire alignment and execution across the organization, ensuring integration of PSP priorities and consistency in strategic delivery. Responsibilities Develop a robust understanding of external market intelligence resources for monitoring market trends, macros, and competition. Analyze all the relevant materials and provide actionable insights & implications to business Support annual market and PEP growth forecasting and implications via providing relevant external Outlook. Ensuring timelines are met and key stakeholders involved Facilitate QSR governance to ensure successful realization of Turkey BU goals and develop comprehensive and cohesive change plans. Collaborate and partner closely with PSP Chapter leads (Transformation, Pep+, Fit org) to deliver a healthy project pipeline year over year Support strategic change by using comprehensive analysis to influence key stakeholders and disrupt outdated processes Assist the Strategy Senior Manager by facilitating the creation and tracking of H1, H2, and H3 Big Rock Scorecard with cross-functional teams and the coordination / preparation of crucial meeting decks (e.g., QBR, Opboard) Operationalize Strategic Focus Initiatives (cross-functional, multi-year, high-impact): Set up, Coordination, Governance and Follow up Post Action Phase to ensure execution perfection Partner with Region Strategy & Transformation Teams to scope and implement Region/Global initiatives in Turkey BU Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in related area (S&T) High Business Acumen; to be able to extract key points that would make difference in the business Strong Presentation & Analytical skills with the ability to connect the dots Communicate, collaborate, and influence effectively at all levels of the BU & Region organization and drive business decisions Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving and changing environment Proven ability to turn the complex into the simple Strong planning, organizing and follow-up skills Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational boundaries Can do attitude and willingness to take on challenges
