Job Summary:
As a Vice President, Business Resiliency Manager in London, you will lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of our business resiliency strategy. You will drive organizational preparedness, ensuring our critical business services are ready to withstand and recover from disruptive events. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, regulators, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and foster a culture of resiliency.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of business resiliency strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesOversee the deployment and enhancement of the Operating Framework, including business continuity planning and testingDirect risk and impact assessments of business processes, identifying vulnerabilities and establishing controlsServe as a primary contact for senior business leaders, regulators, and key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on resiliency mattersDevelop and deliver executive-level reporting on resiliency risks, performance, and control effectivenessChampion a culture of resiliency through awareness, training, and engagement initiativesLead incident response planning and execution, including root cause analysis and regulatory reportingManage and support regulatory engagements, audits, and compliance activities related to business resiliencyRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience in business resiliency, risk management, or business continuity within a regulated industryAbility to develop and execute strategic resiliency initiatives across complex organizationsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and regulatorsAnalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities focused on practical solutionsAbility to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in high-pressure environmentsExperience managing regulatory engagements and audits aligned with financial industry guidelinesPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
