About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Specialist in Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions to support the Banks Service team and portfolio of clients.

In this role, you will:

Be accountable for a complex portfolio of customersShare leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accountsIdentify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolioReview and analyze the decision process for customer accounts and evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolioVerify compliance and report identified issues for resolutionMake decisions on complex customer issuesPartner with managers to resolve issues and provides status updates on implementationsDevelop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsHandle complex customer issues which include escalation and resolutionLead team and serve as a subject matter expert for the departmentCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Correspondent Banking experienceTreasury Management Payments Product experienceInternational SWIFT and/or FedPayments experienceBilingual - Spanish and English fluencyCustomer service experience with the ability to balance needs of clients and stakeholdersExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week

Ability to work schedule Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM local standard time

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$72,000.00 - $109,000.00
