And that starts with finding the right talent to help us get there. **Business Production Support Associate Advisor** **Position Summary:** The Business Production Support Associate Advisor is responsible for helping support Accounting and Finance Applications including Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion along with other third-party applications. This individual will work with users, technology, accounting and finance to ensure the applications are working efficiently and support users where needed as the primary point of contact. **Job Description & Responsibilities** **:** The Business Production Support Associate Advisor works with the other team members to support the maintenance and development of accounting and finance applications. Key stakeholder partners will be Accounting, Finance, Technical Teams and Automation and AI teams. + Collaborate with Oracle GL Workstream Lead to support applications, requirements identification, documentation and communication to technical partners. + Serve as the primary contact for supporting the enterprise applications (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Virtual Trader, Spreadsheet Server) for the application user community as well as enterprise application IT support, coordinating efforts and resource requests with each group. Ultimately responsible for providing their user base with a dependable and stable application and one that produces the results expected by their customers. + Responsible for ensuring enterprise application production issues impacting customers are timely and accurately responded to and resolved with strategies which minimize impacts to their customer. Solutions must be aligned with organizational short- and longer-term objectives and integrate successfully into the enterprise application environment. + Monitor and review enterprise application interface activities (inbound/outbound), execute any analysis and corrections within the timelines dictated by the closing calendars when issues are discovered. + Execution of all required enterprise application functions (Allocations, Consolidations, Revaluation, Translation, Period Open/Close, and Posting Restrictions) within the timelines established by the enterprise closing calendars. + Develops and maintains a strong enterprise application community user training and communication program which provides timely training and communication which introduces users to application changes or further develops user experiences and efficiencies. + This individual will interface and work with multiple operational areas of the organization and must be able to drive innovative solutions which optimize enterprise applications, business processes, and technological solutions to solve complex organizational, regulatory and or accounting policy issues. + Continuous improvement in the identification of opportunities for process improvement or process enhancements in day-to-day execution. **Competencies / Skills:** + Ability to review deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards. + Ability to resolve conflict (striving for win-win outcomes); ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity + Ability to deal with organizational politics including ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively. + Strong Influencing skills (sound business and technical acumen as well as skilled at achieving buy-in for delivery strategies) + Stakeholder management (setting and managing expectations) + Strong business acumen including ability to effectively articulate business objectives. + Analytical skills, Highly Focused, Team player, Versatile, Resourceful + Ability to learn and apply quickly including ability to effectively impart knowledge to others. + Effective under pressure + Precise communication skills, including an ability to project clarity and precision in verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills. + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Project Management + User interaction / customer service + Ability to be flexible with job responsibilities and workflow changes. + Ability to identify process improvements and implement changes; outside thinker. + Strong understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion technologies, design and configuration options **Experience Required:** + Qualified candidates will typically have 8 - 11 years of enterprise application support role experience supporting an accounting and finance organization. + Strong functional experience with Oracle with in depth functional knowledge of business/financial modules. + Ability to collaborate at all levels: must be able to collaborate and come to decisions with people at all levels, baseline accounting & finance, project management, IT resources, and senior management. + Business Aptitude: must be able to work with accountants and financial disciplines and be able to understand their needs and partner with them in order to provide customer centric support for the user community. + Ability to troubleshoot and make edits to complex processes: Must be able to clearly identify root causes of issues and make practical suggestions to resolve or enhance processes. **Experience Desired:** + Desired Tool Experience & Project Practices: Microsoft Suite, Agile, Jira, Sharepoint, Aveska, Saviynt, Confluence, Oracle Technologies (EBS and Fusion), Virtual Trader, Spreadsheet Server. + Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering complex projects/initiatives within agreed upon parameters while achieving the benefits and/or value-added results. + Experience with Agile delivery methodology. **Equal Opportunity Statement** _Evernorth is an Equal Opportunity Employer actively encouraging and supporting organization-wide involvement of staff in diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to educate, inform and advance both internal practices and external work with diverse client populations._ **About Evernorth Health Services** Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
