The Position

As Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) for Intercompany Non-Trade Finance, you are part of the BPM Finance team in Roche Service & Solutions (RSS) and the Agile Release Train (ART) Record to Report (R2R). You are responsible for the definition and continuous global harmonization, the implementation and continuous improvement including automation and the governance of the process and system solutions for GBPM Intercompany Non-Trade Finance. 
You will be part of the global organization, mainly taking care of the deployment activities in the LATAM region, while closely collaborating with the team members across the globe. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders from Finance, Tax, Business Process Management and IT, cross divisionally (Pharma and Diagnostics). A key focus of the role is the refinement, integration, and roll-out of the affiliate requirements to the ASPIRE Global Template.

Your Opportunity


The responsibilities for this role include:

Drive and implement the Business Process Management (BPM) strategy for assigned areas and ensure End-To-End Process Harmonization.

Act as a connector between Finance, Tax, IT, and BPM, fostering cross-functional and divisional alignment.

Manage lean, standardized, and harmonized cross-divisional processes and solutions with support of Global Business Process Management (GBPM).

Demonstrate effective stakeholder management, communication, change management, and negotiation skills to align with stakeholders across various levels.

Safeguard and deploy the Global ASPIRE Template, create global solutions, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures for Supply Chain Finance processes.

Translate detailed business requirements to IT and oversee changes, ensuring comprehensive documentation and feasibility of technical solutions.

Support business acceptance globally, ensuring alignment with Finance aspirations and facilitating template deployment for manufacturing sites and affiliates.

Work independently to drive key tasks in Supply Chain Finance, leveraging strong business and IT knowledge for effective process and solution assessment.


Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or related areas, Master’s degree is a nice to have 

5+ years of experience in Business process management, finance & accounting or equivalent function

Proven expertise in project management, business process management, and end-to-end process standardization, with experience in intercompany finance, consolidation, and transformation initiatives.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, coupled with a track record of driving innovation, implementing change initiatives, and applying agile, Lean, and rapid development methodologies.

Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams and navigate ambiguity while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.
