Circle K is looking for a new colleague to join our team as:Business Process & Solution Design Lead

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Our offices in Denmark, Norway or Estonia.

THE ROLE
As a Business Process & Solution Design Lead at Circle K, you will play a key role in shaping how our business operates today and evolves for tomorrow. You will work across functions to design and optimize business processes, capabilities, and operating models that support Circle K’s strategic goals. A core focus of the role is to drive the creation of standardized, harmonized, and scalable solutions that work across regions and enable consistent, efficient, and future-ready operations.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and maintain business frameworks, capability models, and end-to-end business process landscapes

Translate business strategies into clear operational designs and target operating models

Ensure all business solutions are standardized and harmonized across markets while enabling scalability and future growth

Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and commercial teams to align business needs with technical and product roadmaps

Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, pain-point identification, and gap analysis to support new initiatives

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes across regions and business units

Provide architectural guidance on programs and projects to ensure consistent design, efficient delivery, and long-term scalability

Contribute to governance forums, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and operational best practices

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Proven experience as a Business Architect, Process Architect, Solution Designer or similar role

Strong knowledge of business architecture, capability modeling, and process design

Flair for platform processes, and how multiple platforms connect

Demonstrated experience in delivering standardized and scalable business solutions across multiple markets

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear models and documentation

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment with diverse stakeholders

Personal Attributes

Structured and detail-oriented with a holistic view of the business

Strong communicator able to influence without authority

Proactive, curious, and passionate about improving business performance and customer experience

Able to thrive in ambiguity and navigate evolving requirements
