PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $129,400 – $162,900 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Lead end-to-end execution of business process transformation initiatives across key enterprise functions Partner with senior leadership to align transformation goals with strategic priorities and roadmap Identify and assess high-impact process improvement opportunities through analysis and stakeholder engagement Design and implement future-state processes that reduce complexity, improve service delivery, and enable automation Collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee external consultants to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects More about you Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; master’s degree is preferred Lean Six Sigma certification, Change Management certification, project or program management certification, and Business Process Management certification is a plus Minimum of 10 years of experience in business process, transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional process redesign and transformation initiatives with a proven ability to lead in matrixed environments and collaborate across business units and corporate functions Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, workflow automation, and intelligent document processing as well as proficiency in process mapping or modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, or Bizagi Understanding of change management principles and how to apply them to process and system transformation Comfortable with enterprise analytics and performance measurement tools to monitor effectiveness and adoption Shift detailsM-F
