Job Title: Workday Payroll Lead / Workday Time Tracking Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: Initial contract (chance of extension: Low)
Travel & Expenses: Paid by client
About the Role
+ We are seeking two experienced Workday Leads specializing in Payroll and Time Tracking. The ideal candidates will have proven expertise in leading full-cycle Workday implementations, from discovery through post-production support. Experience in Higher Education or Healthcare industries is preferred.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the Workstream Lead for either Payroll or Time Tracking within Workday.
+ Independently lead discovery and design sessions with stakeholders.
+ Configure Workday modules based on finalized designs.
+ Manage and oversee testing phases, including defect resolution.
+ Drive all workstream activities related to deployment, cutover, and post-production support.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
+ 5+ years of Workday Payroll or Time Tracking experience.
+ Strong track record of independently leading Workday implementations.
+ Active Workday Certification
+ Experience working in hybrid project environments
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Industry experience in Higher Education or Healthcare.
