This position is responsible for analyzing business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business processing systems. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for technology developments. Determines system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Performs activities which involve the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
+ Define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and data governance principles.
+ Develop business stories that clearly articulate key decisions and insights derived from data.
+ Partner with stakeholders to assess current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
+ Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless execution of data-driven solutions.
+ Support the design and implementation of reporting frameworks that drive business intelligence and decision-making.
+ Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in alignment with governance standards.
+ Monitor and evaluate the performance of systems and analytics tools, recommending enhancements as needed.
+ Provide training and documentation to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of Power BI solutions.
+ Additional Functions Other duties as assigned or required.
+ We operate on a 9x80 schedule with every other Friday off

**Job Qualifications:**
+ Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a related field and ten or more years experience as a business process analyst working with computerized management systems to include, but not limited to, product life cycle systems. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
+ Proven experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, or related roles.
+ Strong understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
+ Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
+ Solid understanding of SQL and ability to work with relational databases.
+ Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles to deliver effective and user-friendly dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to drive innovation and optimize business performance through data-driven approaches.
+ Must be customer focused and able to work on a self-initiated basis or in a team environment and able to work extended hours and travel as required.
Desired Skills
+ Experience working with SAP data structures, tables, and processes.
+ Familiarity with Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics) and cloud-based data solutions.
+ Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices for ensuring data integrity and security.
+ Understanding of statistical methods and techniques for analyzing and visualizing data trends.
+ Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for project management (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
