Business Analyst - Business Process Design & End‑User Support



6‑month contract Outside IR35 Fully Remote (London‑based preferred for occasional on‑site)

A major national organisation is undergoing a significant finance transformation, including changes to how trainees are paid. As part of this programme, Business Analysts are required to support a dedicated payment‑related project.

This is not a technical BA role. The focus is on business process design, process improvement, and end‑user support. Experience in finance or HR/people processes is essential.

Key Details
* Business Analysts - business process focused
* 6‑month contract, strong likelihood of extension
* Outside IR35
* Fully remote, with a preference for London‑based candidates who can attend occasional sessions near Westminster
* Start date: within the next 2 weeks

Important Clarification
This role is not aligned to the wider SAP‑to‑Dynamics migration. The BA will be working specifically on a payment‑related project, focused on designing and improving new business processes and supporting end users.
