**_About the job_**

In this context, Sanofi made the decision to evolve its commercial model from GBU-specific country organizations to a more standardized and consistent approach, boosting efficiency.
Business Operations & planning lead will ensure execution from demand management to delivery to customer for Eurasia FLU & RSV with a dedicated dual country responsibilities . S/he will be in charge of the coordination of the strategic exercise (Multi Country Organisation (MCO) sales expected to double in 10 years), and lead key projects.
**Main responsibilities:**
Business planning
+ Is responsible for the alignment with supply on Demand & Supply plan, works with finance/marketing for alignment on Internal Business Planning (Risk&Opportunity), is in charge of the contracts & commercial policies in the MCO, challenge/endorse price request coming from the countries and is in charge of Tender Management Board validation process with the region. Business planning role includes a strategic dimension, as responsible for the MCO strategic planning, and the MCO roadmap
Demand management
+ Ensure a good articulation of demand management and financial exercise, limiting write off while allowing to capture opportunities
+ Internal Business Planning reviews on a monthly basis for all countries (short & long-term)
+ Regular meetings with the region, Business Operations and Demand team and Supply Chain BP to follow batch release, prioritization, FIFO, MRA
+ Ensure supply continuity by mitigating Write off risks
+ Arbitrate in case of supply constraints between countries assessing Time To Market (TTM), Shel life requirements, penalties, strategic intent)
Distributor and partner management
+ Ensure an adequate forecast, and a smooth forecasting process with third parties
+ Challenge the partner in a constructive way during business reviews, while ensuring a support to meet targets
+ Ensuring compliance of our contracts with the business model
+ Drive discussion on Supply Term and conditions with new partner when require
Regulatory packaging supply coordination
+ Assess and request packaging based on new demand, launches and Labelling issues (variation follow up) to ensure compliance with countries requirement
+ Arbitrate between Regulatory Affairs, Supply, Quality and supply when prioritization is needed with the support or the regional BODs
Execution support
+ Deliveries coordination with International Customer Service when needed (public, emergency, FLU, new launches) – customer creation – return management etc.
+ Support for documentation management with local supply
+ Support the credit management for third parties
Performance monitoring
+ Update tender radar and create a zone dashboard to monitor performance from sell out to Ex-Factory sales, SISO, and track operational KPIs, with a focus on digital KPIs
+ Alert on deviations and propose proactively mitigation plans in collaborations with BP&O Head
Key tenders and processes
+ Key tenders’ preparation with regional BODs
+ Project management point of contact for the cluster, also in case of business audits
+ Key processes improvement and follow-up
Strategic Planing
+ Lead the strategic exercise at zone level, in collaboration with Franchise heads and GMs
+ Identify growth opportunities and challenges to overcome in light of internal and external changes
Strategic topics
+ Lead adhoc projects at MCO level
+ Ensure a good alignment between zone and global/region for global projects
**_About you_**
+ A proven experience in managing complex issues and situations, bringing all the needed stakeholder together to identify a solution
+ Experience in demand planning or supply planning and customer support is a plus
+ Commercial acumen
+ Proven ability to operate across different business models
+ Role model of PTW behaviours
+ Good understanding of Regulatory constraints, Supply flows and customer relation principles
+ Capacity to challenge and take decisions for the sake of the Sanofi organization beyond local interests
+ Understanding of local market needs and dynamics to ensure an effective prioritization
+ Fluent in English and local language
