The Sales Operations Team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Business Operations Manager to build, deliver, and maintain complex products that delight our customers and raise our performance bar. You’ll design fault-tolerant systems that run at massive scale as we continue to innovate best-in-class services and applications in the AWS Cloud. Key job responsibilities • Acts as primary point of contact for assigned sales organizations to execute daily operational processes • Executes customer segmentation, territory/account mapping models and account tiering frameworks based on industry, size, and revenue potential to define sales territories and optimize sales coverage with revenue opportunity • Partners with stakeholders to validate planning assumptions and determine optimal distribution of quota and resources across territories and segments, resolving territory or account ownership disputes as needed • Manages revenue recognition processes and resolves attribution escalations to ensure accurate reporting • Maintains CRM and sales tools data quality to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting and provide visibility into key sales metrics to make business decisions • Supports regular business reviews , delivers sales performance analysis on pipeline data, quota attainment, and forecast accuracy to identify potential opportunities/risks • Implements sales workflows and automation to streamline process and improve seller efficiency • Documents and implements standardized sales processes and metrics to support sales operational effectiveness • Supports sales tools training and adoption initiatives to improve utilization and seller productivity About the team Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. Basic Qualifications - The right person will possess 8+ years of sales operation and business analysis experience in a technical hardware or software environment, with a demonstrated track record of driving collaboration between sales and business functional teams. Ideal candidate should have sales operation roles in MNC IT Corporation throughout his or her career. - Bachelor degree or above in computer science, or business management - Experience in Sales Operations Cycle, from segmentation, territory planning, quota setting to daily execution to facilitate sales leader in driving focus for the sales team to meet target - Experience in Sales Operations, Sales performance analysis, Process implementation, Systems management, CRM systems, Data Visualization tools and analysis software - Ability to deep dive into data, processes and systems and develop innovative ideas for process improvement - Excellent Microsoft Office / PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin - Deep understanding of the Chinese business environment, particularly in the Enterprise sector Preferred Qualifications - Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company, or start up in China - Business operation and analysis experience, preferably in cloud business and Small and Medium Businesses in China, with strong business acumen and sensitivity to data - Experience in engaging with C-level executives around project and program requirements, status, opportunities and risks - Program and project management proficiency across multi-site locations and multi-teams, without direct authority - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including but not limited to coordination, communication and cross-team collaboration - Familiarity with AWS services and cloud computing trends in China Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
