Business Operations Specialist

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Business Operations Specialist (Level 4) to support the FSC Business Operations team at EOSC/CTSC based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiativesPartners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiativesReviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendationsProvides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architectureAnalyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)Develops executive level briefings, leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/eventsLeads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates statusPlans and coordinates organizational facility requirementsLeads the development and deployment of training contentCollaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of combined education and relevant work experience5+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadership5+ years of experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Interfacing with program leadershipAbility to provide analysis and strategic guidance to peer functions: Engineering, Fabrication and Supply Chain

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
