Our client, a global leader in software, hardware, and cloud-based services, is seeking a Business Operations Program Manager to join their team. As a Business Operations Program Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Operations Department supporting Site Leadership and Cross-Functional Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Business Operations Program Manager
**Location:** Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite 3–4 days/week)
**Pay Range:** $75–$80/hour
**Terms:** 40 hours/week
**What’s the Job?**
• Support the Engineering Site Leader in maintaining a rhythm of the business (RoB) and driving execution of core priorities
• Partner with HR, finance, communications, and other teams to deliver strategic programs
• Plan and execute internal and external events, meetings, and partnerships
• Track and communicate progress on initiatives and success metrics
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the site
**What’s Needed?**
• 7–9 years of experience in business operations or program management
• Strong cross-functional partnership and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Strong execution and organizational abilities
