Overview
The Business Operations Manager is a strategic partner and operational linchpin, working closely with the Integrator role and the executive leadership to drive execution of core business priorities, oversee technology-enabled systems, ensure alignment, and advance firm-wide initiatives. The role amplifies executive effectiveness through streamlined operations, communication, accountability, and technology oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Integrator position in strategic planning, priority setting, decision-making, and follow-through on key initiatives. Oversee the execution and progress of EOS tools such as Level 10 Meetings, scorecards, accountability charts, and Rocks to coordinate and monitor execution. Coordinate cross-department projects, ensuring milestones align with company objectives and EOS principles. Serve as a central point of contact between leadership and teams, unifying efforts, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment on strategic priorities. Support company processes across client service delivery, project management, and business development. Partner with the Integrator to translate strategic vision into measurable operational goals. Collaborate with practice leaders to ensure consistent client service quality. Serve as extension of the Integrator, supporting community, client, and employee engagement. AI & Technology Responsibilities - Coordinate the communication and roll-out of new policies, systems, and technology initiatives – including supporting AI adoption in reporting, CRM, and note-taking tools, in partnership with operations and tech leads. Lead confidential, special, and time-bound projects at the discretion of the Integrator.Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or project management, with experience in technology oversight, and digital systems implementation in professional services or financial consulting. Experience supporting executive teams with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar business operating frameworks. Superior organizational, project management, and communication skills. Familiarity with systems selection, digital transformation, vendor management, and technology training practices. Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, Black Diamond, familiarity with AI Note-taking platforms, and other AI integration tools.Success Profile

Project Completion Rate: Percentage of strategic initiatives and organization Rocks completed on time and within budget. Milestone Adherence: Percent of key project milestones met per quarter. Change Adoption Rate: Percent of employees effectively adopting new processes, systems, and strategic shifts. Employee Engagement/Alignment: Employee sentiment or engagement score. Salary Range$95,000—$99,000 USDCompensation & Benefits
