Business Operations Lead - Verity (Senior Director)(Hybrid)
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused **Business Operations Lead** (Senior Director) to lead and scale our post-sales functions, including account management, implementation, training, analytics, and sales operations. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and scalable growth in the healthcare technology space, with a strong emphasis on pharmacy workflows and data. **Job Responsibilities/Duties:** + Develop operational strategy and programs for software product Implementation, Account Management, Pharmacy Operations, and Gateway operations for all product lines. + Develop a team of 130+ individuals that offers proactive and consultative partnerships to customer accounts, fostering a customer centric culture centered on growing revenue and sustaining high levels of service delivery. + Design, track and report on organizational operational performance metrics and drive accountability for results, focusing on revenue generation opportunities, operational expense synergies, and other opportunities that support scaling the business with appropriate leverage. + Drive deep partnership with Product Development to influence and drive product development priorities based on customer feedback and market needs. + Drive the organization's strategic growth path regarding ongoing customer support, renewal and service plans, training and engagement for guaranteed customer satisfaction resulting in on-going recurring revenue. + Foster a culture of strong relationships with department leaders and managers to ensure alignment around smooth transitions of post-sale new customers with contractual product implementations and services. + Recruit, manage, coach, develop, mentor, assess, and review performance for a team of direct reports composed of leadership and individual contributor roles. + Lead the Company’s service delivery strategy for ongoing relationships of 1600+ customers, ensuring the highest levels of success and satisfaction. + Serve as the primary senior business liaison to key cross-functional support leadership (e.g., Sales, Product/Engineering, Marketing, Finance). + As a key member of the senior company leadership team, contribute to understanding and driving strategy, sales focus and revenue growth. + Represent the Operations team in larger enterprise initiatives, contributing expertise and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. + Develop and manage operational budgets to ensure costs are in line with revenue projections. + Manage high-level contract negotiations with vendors and partners, as needed, ensuring ongoing relationships. **Job Qualifications:** + Must have 15+ years' experience from customer/technical support managerial roles within a SaaS software environment. + Bachelor's degree or equivalent and executive-level work experience. Master's degree in business or technical field preferred. + Proven ability and interest in becoming “hands-on” with product offerings and serving as an SME by gaining an understanding of functions and features. + Proven ability to strategically manage internal (executive stakeholders) and external demands (customer escalations). + Proven track record of building, leading, and facilitating strong cross-functional teams. + Experience demonstrating an understanding of customer issues and overseeing the execution of appropriate solutions. + Strong strategy, analytical, presentation and communication skills. + Experience working in a goal-oriented, delivery-focused, and dynamic environment. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 177,900 - 296,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
