As the Business Operations Lead, you are a strategic partner to the CEO and COO of the Asset Solutions Group (ASG) busineeses. You are tasked with ensuring seven distinct businesses achieve their aggressive growth milestones through operational excellence and strategic alignment. This is a high-visibility role for a professional who possesses the "operational rigor" of a consultant and the "bias for action" of an entrepreneur. You will **collaborate daily with the Lead Partners of each business group** to drive financial health and portfolio-wide optimization. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Operational Readiness** + **Performance Evaluation:** Beyond simple reporting, you will be responsible for identifying trends across the seven groups and providing the "so-what" to leadership. + **Executive Communication:** Develop business cases and strategic narratives used to influence C-suite decision-making. While there are times for quiet concentration, you'll also be expected to move actively throughout the office and travel occasionally to various locations, including dynamic construction sites, utilizing different modes of transportation.
