**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the timely intake and transmitting of invoicing and collections between our valuation professionals and clients with a high level of accuracy. You'll be on a team of on and offshore staff to coordinate and process invoices received by email or via API intake into our system platform.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Process emails requesting quotes in shared mailbox, via system platform and web leads
+ Manage and update professional’s login credentials via a secure vault.
+ Access client portals for sourcing property details.
+ Reference various resource documents as well as internal and external apps and platforms ensuring quotes handling accuracy to client requirements, research of prior appraisal and potential conflicts.
+ Coordinate with professionals and/or other groups in efforts to progress stalled quotes.
+ Follow a standard mailbox structure and core SOP above company guidelines.

+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
+ Prior experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role preferred.
+ Intermediate skills with Adobe, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite (10 or above) products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
+ Good interpersonal skills building strong relationships with colleagues and field professionals.
+ Effective strategic planning and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
