This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations and developing internal and external communications related to organizational goals, strategies, and performance. **What You’ll Do** Troubleshoot and resolve basic inquiries and requests from clients. Track department processes and procedures to find opportunities to improve service delivery. Support reporting and planning by analyzing operational and financial data, supervising project resources, and coordinating with teams to align outcomes with business goals. Support operational teams with high-visibility programs by hosting workshops and engagement opportunities to ensure standard processes are followed by internal teams. Stay informed on emerging trends, developments, and standard processes in the communications field and apply relevant insights to your work. Handle confidential information to develop communications with the expectation of maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. Support headcount management through monthly audits, update training guidelines, and collaborate with business operations teams Support communications programs by collaborating with team members across CBRE and client organizations, including facilitating high-visibility engagement sessions and hosting workshops to ensure operational efficiencies. Maintain communications resources and manage SharePoint and Teams platforms that enable effective information sharing and collaboration. Coordinate team engagement activities by scheduling events, booking vendors, and support headcount tracking and training documentation updates. Contribute to business reporting through PowerPoint design, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet target dates. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. **What You’ll Need** Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Demonstrated advanced proficiency in creating, editing, and maintaining SharePoint or other websites, with a strong understanding of site structure, content management, and user experience standard processes preferred. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and expertly in front of groups of varying sizes and levels of seniority preferred. Intermediate math skills. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Operations & Communications Analyst position is $77,900 annually and the maximum salary for the Business Operations & Communications Analyst position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
