Job DescriptionAs a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming ASOS product operations, enabling smarter, faster and more efficient ways of working. You’ll join our existing Business Operations team, focusing on driving efficiencies through automation and AI-powered solutions, reducing manual effort and supporting scalability across buying and merchandising operations.
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will:
Analyse current workflows and activities (e.g., PO amendments, product classification) to identify automation opportunitiesDesign and implement AI-driven solutions, such as Copilot agents, to streamline processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Data, Operations) to deliver scalable automation initiativesChampion innovation by introducing tools and technologies that transform repetitive tasks into automated workflowsKey Responsibilities
Conduct process analysis and map “as-is” and “to-be” workflowsIdentify and prioritise automation opportunities based on business impactDevelop and deploy AI agents with Copilot and low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps)Build prototypes and wireframes to translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutionsTrack and report efficiency gains and performance metricsSupport change management, including communication, training and adoption of new toolsQualificationsYou will have...
Proven experience in process automation and workflow optimisationHands-on experience building Microsoft Copilot agents and familiarity with AI-driven automationProficiency in tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R)Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data visualisation (Power BI)Ability to translate operational needs into practical, data-driven solutionsPrior experience in automating customer care workflows or similar high-volume operational processes (desirable)Additional InformationWhats in it for you?
