**The Opportunity**
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic digital marketplace? As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our SmartAuction and white label websites, working closely with our Business Process Director and Team Lead. In this engaging position, you’ll be the go-to resource for both internal and external customers, ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional support. You’ll take ownership of reconciling daily settlement activities, help bring innovative programs and processes to life, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. **The Work Itself**
* Daily monitoring and reconciliation of settlement / payment activities and prompt resolution of any discrepancies
* Key customer support, as needed, ensuring we’re exceeding their expectations
* Brings operational and settlement/payment expertise to support the implementation of new operational processes and/or enhancements to existing processes
* Provide superior customer experience ensuring all escalations, to our support mailbox, are handled professionally, timely, and accurately
* Identification and clear escalation of potential risks and issues to leadership
* Ensures all desk policy and procedures are maintained and accurate
* Miscellaneous duties as assigned
**The Skills You Bring**
* 1+ year experience in Auto Finance or Financial Audit required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Ability to create, update, and reconcile spreadsheets; comfortable with basic formulas and data organization.
* Basic Accounting/Math Skills: Understanding of debits, credits, reconciliation, and handling financial transactions.
* Customer Service Communication: Ability to professionally handle sensitive financial discussions with external customers (dealers/vendors) via email and phone.
* Email Management: Skilled in managing and responding to high-volume, business-critical emails.
* Attention to Detail: Accurate tracking and matching of receivables and payments.
* Self-Starter: Capable of independently managing tasks and collaborating with team members as needed.

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
