Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Business Operations Specialist (Level 4 or 5) to support the Program Planning & Integration team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:

Support the 787 Program Management team with the ability to take on Highly complex Projects and drive integration across multiple functionsEnsure coordination, management, and delivery of program and project deliverables within the relevant scopeDevelop and implement large-scale, high impact integrated organizational plans to ensure strategic business, technical and customer requirements are achieved.Pro-actively communicate with leadership team, peers and customers.Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standardsPerforms studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiativesCreates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or projectDirects all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completionActs as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectivesAssists stakeholders to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholdersWorks to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of combined education and relevant work experience5+ years of experience collaborating with senior management and/or executive leadership5+ years of experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Leadership experience in a change management teamInterfacing with program leadershipAbility to provide analysis and strategic guidance to peer functions: Engineering, Fabrication and Supply Chain

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Level 4 Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850

Level 5 Summary pay range: $146,200 - $197,800
