Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Operations Data Analyst who strengthens our operational teams by building, programming and maintaining smart, software‑based applications.
You automate processes, turn operational data into clear dashboards, and enable data‑driven decision‑making. You enjoy transforming complex data into actionable insights and eliminating repetitive work through automation.

In this role, you work closely with manufacturing and operational departments to deliver reliable tools that improve efficiency and accuracy.

Your Role

In this position, you actively design, build and optimize the digital tools that keep our operations running smoothly. There for you will;

Design, develop, program and maintain operational software‑based applications and automation tools.

Improve existing applications to boost performance, reliability and usability.

Extract, transform and load (ETL) data from ERP and other IT systems.

Create accurate and insightful BI process overviews, such as material flow, order flow and production bottlenecks.

Ensure high data quality through thorough testing, cleaning and normalization.

Deliver reliable and timely data reporting services.

Work with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement practical solutions.

Provide operational support by delivering robust, low‑maintenance automation tools.

Handle service requests within agreed lead times.

Your Profile

A Bachelor’s or MSc degree in Data Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.

Proven experience in building dashboards and overviews.

Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.

Familiarity with Power BI or similar visualization tools. Experience with machine learning or advanced analytics is a plus.

Knowledge of ERP systems and system integration.

Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is an advantage.

A strong understanding of data processing, testing and quality assurance.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

The ability to influence teams and drive adoption of automation solutions.

You bring strong analytical skills, technical expertise and a proactive mindset.
