Job Title: Business Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager with top-notch proficiency in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling banks and credit card statements, payroll, billings, accounts payable and receivable, posting transactions, allocations, general ledger and journal entries, adjusting journal entries and reconciliations, preparing job cost reports and financial statements, month-end closing, and social media analysis.

ResponsibilitiesManage banks and credit card statements.Handle payroll and billing processes.Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.Post transactions and manage allocations.Perform general ledger and journal entries.Adjust journal entries and perform reconciliations.Prepare job cost reports and financial statements.Conduct month-end closing procedures.Analyze social media performance.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business preferred, or Associates with field experience.3-5 years of accounting experience, construction experience is a plus.Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop) and MS Office products.Familiarity with payroll entries.Strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.High attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with H2B immigration hiring rules and compliance.Knowledge of construction accounting and reporting.Experience in project management and invoicing.Understanding of insurance eligibility and contract review.Vendor compliance and maintenance.Work Environment

This role requires onsite work from Monday to Friday. The position is within a family-owned business that offers stability and growth. Benefits include a 401k plan, a comprehensive insurance plan available after 90 days, and a bonus structure based on company profits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
