Business Manager – Industry Solutions

Role Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Business Manager to support delivery operations within a global professional services organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with senior leaders, and excels at orchestrating business rhythms, reviewing data, and driving operational clarity.

Typical Day & Key Responsibilities:MorningReview delivery health metrics across the Americas.Prepare concise updates for leadership forums.MiddayLead core business rhythms such as:Weekly Delivery Health ReviewsMonthly Business ReviewsCoordinate content and stakeholders across multiple regions.AfternoonEnhance reporting processes (e.g., Americas Leakage Report).Optimize workflows and engage in cross‑functional initiatives.Ad‑Hoc ResponsibilitiesSupport escalations and special requests.Drive strategic initiatives and occasionally present in leadership forums.Partner with HR on culture efforts (D&I, onboarding, organizational health).Role Impact

You will support operational excellence by:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $54.00/hr.
