Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an Business Management Analyst to join our Command and Control & Weapons Integration (CWI) Division Business Management team in McLean, Virginia. The selected candidate will report to the CWI Division Financial Manager.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Support reviews for intermediate overheads and budgets
Division level IWO administrator
Actively working with a team to achieve organizational and individual goals
Prepare monthly and quarterly budget and rates reporting and forecasting
Support the monthly reporting close process, including preparation of routine journal entries
Coordination and collaboration with BU/OU/Program teams on a recurring basis
Proactive process improvement approach to recurring deliverables, with a focus on increased data fidelity and reduced cycle time
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline and 2 years relevant experience; or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel (i.e. pivot tables and lookup formulas) and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment with interpersonal, planning, presentation skills and analysis
Ability to work on-site in McLean, Virginia
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with S/4
Experience with Cognos Planning (NGRB)
Experience with PowerBI
Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
