As a Business Manager in our team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our organization. You will act as a trusted advisor and counterweight to Business and Group Heads, helping to drive key initiatives and optimize business performance. You will be responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks, with your role adapting to the priorities of different lines of business.
Job responsibilities
Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysisOrganize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniquesCommunicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps. Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasksCoordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessionsCollect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like SharePointParticipate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processesRequired qualifications, skills, and capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related areaProven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellenceExcellent organization and project management skillsAbility to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisionsSelf-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independenceExcellent written and oral communication skillsHighly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skillsPreferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables); experience with Alteryx or Tableau desired
