As a Business Manager in the Design and Customer Experience team, you optimize business performance by driving strategic initiatives and supporting senior management. You partner across functions to deliver solutions that address evolving market needs and business priorities.

Job responsibilities

Implements new business strategies and strategic initiatives, aligning department and support groupsOptimizes business performance by driving key initiatives such as fees, cost base, and capital utilizationIdentifies, escalates, and mitigates business risks including legal, tax, regulatory, and capacity issuesAnalyzes financial performance and expenses, identifies productivity initiatives, and drives implementationPartners with business, Operations, and Technology to define future workflows and implement technology projectsRepresents the business in internal and external working groupsPartners with relevant external service and infrastructure providers

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related areaPrevious product knowledge or prior Business Management or COO experienceHighly motivated self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions conciselyExcellent project management and organizational skillsAttention to detail with logical thought process
