Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Air Dominance’s division is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Level 4) as we build our division aligned Business Analytics team to develop data visualizations to increase visibility of program performance and provide analytical solutions to support data-driven decision making.  In this role, you will play a critical part in the division's analytical transformation, including identifying program metrics; developing, implementing, and standardizing KPIs; and creating and deploying descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. This position is based in Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities

Designs Business Intelligence information models, dashboards, metrics and reports utilizing standard technologies and methodologies that meet business objectives. Combines programming, SQL skills, best practices, strategic decision-making capabilities and business expertise to deliver efficient and scalable Business Intelligence solutions to improve business productivity and business outcomes. Data Preprocessing and Cleaning: Ensure the quality and accuracy of large volumes of structured and unstructured data using SQL Develop ETL pipelines, ensuring high-quality data capture. Partner with other analytics teams within BDS to leverage existing solutions to be utilized within Air DominanceKnowledgeable of data security concepts, practices, trends, and information Supports establishment of strategic direction of descriptive analytics for the division, including identifying opportunities for analytical solution development Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of risk. Successful cross functional collaboration within the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives. Partner with stakeholders and internal customer to ensures follow up action for issue resolution Clearly articulate technical concepts and information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Effectively train individuals on how to utilize analytical tools, ensuring clear understanding of the information Ability to understand the big picture and the interrelationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area Ability to quickly learn systems across a program's value stream Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills 

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business or technical field5+ years of experience in identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams5+ years of experience with database technologies using SQL or PL/SQL5+ years of experience in designing/building visualizations within TableauExperience with building ETL pipelines5+ years of experience in data analysis algorithms (e.g. data mining, statistics, machine learning, natural language processing, text mining, visual analytics) and building Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive models5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ year of experience with data integration development and maintenanceMaster’s degree or higher, study in a technical field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Management, etc.)Experience with R or Python data visualization packages (i.e. Shiny, Dash, Streamlit) Strong Cloud background, specifically in Azure and Azure Managed Services Experience in Dev Ops: CI/CD pipelines 

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years’ related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range: $126.900 - $155,100
