Business Intelligence Analyst
About the Role: As a CBRE Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting basic research, data mining, reporting and interpretation of company performance metrics. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence. What You’ll Do: • Generate reports using aggregate data from a single source to assist in creating a complete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation. • Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors. • Identify opportunities for small improvements among the clients and company. • Assist with the coordination involving personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations. • Manage the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics. • Become a subject matter expert and on various reporting tools and enablement technologies. • Deliver correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training. • Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding system processes and capabilities. • Research and support end-user applications and test end-user processes using defined guidelines. • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. • Impact the quality of own work. • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for the Business Intelligence Analyst position is $70K/yr and the maximum salary for the position is $78K/ yr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
