**Job Description**
The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the business intelligence function within the portfolio, specifically in Facilities Management and the Financial sector.
This position will primarily support the account to develop, maintain, report, and replicate large dataset reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will support end-to-end Shared Services Support across all Business Units.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives.
+ Analyze large datasets from various departments to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric/Power Platform Suite to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
+ Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business processes and drive efficiency.
+ Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and quality of reports, aligning with CBRE brand standards.
+ Support the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and procedures to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities.
+ Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
+ Build compelling stories, root cause analysis, and actionable insights using data.
+ Oversee the data warehouse, including the collection and utilization of all data.
+ Continuously review systems and business processes to achieve higher productivity, lower cost, and overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Evaluate ways in which failures can occur in a system/process.
+ Define systems, methodologies, processes, and control mechanisms in the area of management information and report generation.
+ Improve processes, procedures, communication, and decision-making aspects of management systems and report generation.
+ Reduce complex business processes.
**Operational and Administrative**
+ Responsible for reviewing and optimizing and investigating database performance issues.
+ Support monthly reporting for countries and business units assigned.
+ Partner with cross-account BI Accounts Analysts/Supervisors in driving and identifying best practices; standardizing such in respective accounts.
+ Report on a regular basis the status of all activities to the Business Intelligence Lead.
**Communication and Relationships**
+ Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
+ Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in business operations.
+ Partner with cross-account BI Accounts Supervisor in driving and identifying best practices; standardizing such in respective accounts.

+ Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university om a business related field
+ Experience of 3 years in Business Intelligence roles in Shared Services Center, Corporate Real-Estate, Facilities Management, Property Management or Finance.
+ Microsoft Office proficient
+ Understanding of basic ISO and other external audit standards
+ Six Sigma Yellow Belt is preferred
+ Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel
+ Knowledge of PowerBI, Google Suite, Peoplesoft, ServiceNow, MyBuy, SI7, Salesforce, Tableau, SQL will be an added advantage
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Quick learner and sharp attention to detail
+ High standard and regard to data quality and integrity
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to interact with different enterprise stakeholders, clients, and business partners
+ Extensive experience in account reconciliation
+ Results-oriented with an analytical mindset; strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
+ Strong time management and organizational skills
+ Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers
