The Business Intelligence Analyst 3 is a senior‑level individual contributor responsible for delivering end‑to‑end analytics solutions across the Quote‑to‑Cash lifecycle. This role translates business requirements into scalable data models, ETL processes, and dashboards that inform decision‑making across Sales, Service Delivery, Billing, Service Assurance, and Usage. Operating with minimal direction, the Analyst 3 performs advanced data mining, develops SQL‑based data pipelines and stored procedures, and builds intuitive Tableau dashboards that align to Comcast’s product portfolios: Communications, Connectivity & Secure Networking and Cybersecurity. End‑to‑End Solution Development
Designs and delivers complete BI solutions including data extraction, data transformation (ETL), modeling, stored procedure development, and dashboard/report creation. Utilizes SQL (SSMS), SSIS, Visual Studio, Tableau, and DBeaver to build automated and scalable reporting assets. Creates and maintains ETL workflows, data pipelines, and optimized SQL queries supporting operational and executive reporting.Quote‑to‑Cash Reporting & Analytics
Develops reporting across all stages of the Quote‑to‑Cash lifecycle including:
Sales Funnel / Pipeline Sales (Closed/Won) Service Delivery (Operations) Billing & Revenue Service Assurance Usage & Performance Metrics Ensures reporting accuracy and alignment across cross‑functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and Service Assurance.Product‑Centric Portfolio Management
Creates and maintains product‑based reporting for all Comcast Business portfolios: Communications Connectivity & Secure Networking Cybersecurity Ensures products are accurately identified, categorized, and mapped across systems (CRM → Delivery → Billing → Usage). Integrates new products into reporting through schema development, mapping logic, and end‑to‑end validation.Data Quality, Testing, and Governance
Performs data reconciliation and audit‑level validation between disparate systems and data sources. Executes systems testing for new data integrations, product launches, ETL changes, and reporting enhancements. Identifies trends, anomalies, and data quality issues and recommends corrective action.Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partners with business stakeholders to define requirements, translate needs into technical specifications, and deliver actionable insights. Communicates trends, findings, and recommendations to leadership with clarity and confidence.Operational Excellence
