**Job Title:** **Business Intelligence Analyst 1/ Supply Chain Analytics Specialist** **Location: hybrid (one day a week onsite in Redmond WA)** **Duration: 6 months** **Chance for Extension (Y/N): yes – expected to be a full 18-month contract** **Daily Schedule & OT estimate: M-F, 40 HR, no OT** **Pay rate range:** **$34.00 - $38.00/hr** **Candidate Requirements:** **Minimum Experience** + 2+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain analytics or operations. **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field. **Disqualifiers** + Lack of demonstrated ability to work independently. **Preferred Experience** + Experience in supply chain operations, data analysis, and/or prior work with Microsoft systems is a plus. **Performance Evaluation** + Based on ability to meet deadlines, data accuracy, metrics/KPIs, quality of deliverables, and team feedback. **Key Responsibilities** + Own and execute end-to-end supply chain analytics projects. + Investigate and resolve complex supply chain problems using structured analysis. + Analyze large datasets via Excel, SQL, and Power BI to derive actionable insights. + Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals. + Collaborate across teams to optimize planning, support cumulative planning, and streamline information flow. + Drive accountability and follow through on issue resolution and performance improvements. **Required Qualifications & Skills** **Core Skills** + Strong independent work ethic and initiative. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, visualization). + Working knowledge of SQL for data queries and manipulation. + Experience in building Power BI dashboards. + Familiarity with core supply chain processes. + Strong communication and storytelling ability with data insights. + Passion for analytics, continuous learning, and process improvement. **Top 3 Hard Skills Required** 1. Power BI – Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience 2. Excel – Minimum 2 years, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data visualization 3.
