**Title:** Business HR Manager
**Location:** North Chicago, IL (100% Onsite)
**Duration:** 3+ months (possibility of extension)
**Pay Range :** $45/hr to $50/hr (On W2)
We are looking for a “ **Business HR Manager”** to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.
**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a Business HR Manager to provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees. The role involves handling employee relations (ER), ensuring compliance with employment laws, leading investigations, managing HR projects, and advising on policies and best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide expert HR/ER consulting and problem-solving support.
+ Conduct and lead investigations into employee issues.
+ Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
+ Maintain confidential employee relations data.
+ Lead or manage ER-related projects and training.
+ Develop solutions that balance legal, business, and employee needs.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define and meet service expectations.
+ Identify risks and provide strategic HR solutions.
**Requirements:**
+ Strong knowledge of HR laws and ER practices.
+ Proven experience handling complex employee relations issues.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Employee Relations or related field
+ Minimum of 5 years experience in Employee Relations experience.
+ Expertise in HR regulations, policies and procedures.
