The role involves handling employee relations (ER), ensuring compliance with employment laws, leading investigations, managing HR projects, and advising on policies and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide expert HR/ER consulting and problem-solving support. + Conduct and lead investigations into employee issues. + Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. + Maintain confidential employee relations data. + Lead or manage ER-related projects and training. + Develop solutions that balance legal, business, and employee needs. + Collaborate with stakeholders to define and meet service expectations. + Identify risks and provide strategic HR solutions. **Requirements:** + Strong knowledge of HR laws and ER practices. + Proven experience handling complex employee relations issues. + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Employee Relations or related field + Minimum of 5 years experience in Employee Relations experience. + Expertise in HR regulations, policies and procedures. **We are looking for the candidate who are eligible to work with any employers without sponsorship** .
