We are looking for a Business Finance Controller to join a Global FMCG Company in Madrid, Spain. You will play a key role in ensuring financial performance, transparency, and control, partnering closely with business teams to support decision-making in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes in line with global guidelines.

Analyze financial performance (P&L, variances, KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.

Monitor costs, margins, and profitability across brands and channels.

Support business cases for new product launches and strategic initiatives.

Ensure accurate monthly closings and compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.

Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive financial efficiency.

Coordinate with international and regional finance teams to align reporting and processes.

Manage financial risks and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Profile

Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.

3–5 years of experience in Controlling or Finance, ideally within FMCG or a multinational environment.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Fluent in English; highly organized, proactive, and business-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.
